Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use HELLO. You represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you will comply with applicable laws in India and your local jurisdiction.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for all activity under it. Notify us immediately at support@hellobuzz.in if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or pose safety risks.
Acceptable use
You may not harass, threaten, impersonate others, post illegal content, spam, scrape the service, attempt to bypass security, or use HELLO for commercial solicitation without authorization. Business listings must be truthful and owned or authorized by you. HELLO explicitly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE); see our Child Safety Standards.
User content
You retain ownership of content you post. You grant HELLO a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, display, and distribute your content solely to operate and improve the service. We may remove content that violates our Community Guidelines or applicable law.
Vibe & location features
Live location and matching features are optional. Never share precise location with strangers in unsafe situations. HELLO does not guarantee the identity, intentions, or safety of other users. Meet in public places and exercise judgment.
Payments
Paid events and business features may be introduced later. Prices, refunds, and cancellation policies will be shown at checkout. Third-party payment processors handle card data; HELLO does not store full card numbers.
Disclaimer
HELLO is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, accuracy of listings, or outcomes from connections made through the app.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HELLO and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or INR 5,000, whichever is greater.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
