In-app option
You can also deactivate your account in the HELLO app: open Profile → Settings → Account → Deactivate account. Deactivated accounts are hidden and scheduled for deletion. Contact us within 30 days if you want to recover the account.
What gets deleted
When we process a deletion request, we remove or anonymize your profile, account email, photos, and personal data associated with your HELLO account. Some records may be retained for a limited period where required by law (for example safety reports or payment records). See our Privacy Policy for details.
Timing
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within a few business days and complete deletion within 30 days of verification, unless a longer period is required by law.
