Child Safety Standards

These Child Safety Standards apply to the HELLO mobile application (Android package com.hellobuzz.in), the website at hellobuzz.in, and all related services operated by HELLO Buzz Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (“HELLO”, “we”, “us”). HELLO is the app name as displayed on the Google Play Store listing.

HELLO explicitly prohibits Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE) in any form. This includes, without limitation:

• Creating, possessing, uploading, sharing, soliciting, or distributing child sexual abuse material (CSAM), including real, AI-generated, drawn, or otherwise simulated depictions of minors
• Grooming, sexualizing, exploiting, or otherwise harming anyone under 18 years of age
• Trafficking, sexual solicitation involving minors, or any attempt to engage a minor in sexual activity
• Using HELLO to facilitate offline meetings for the purpose of child sexual abuse or exploitation

HELLO is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly allow accounts for minors. If we learn that an account belongs to a user under 18, we will disable the account and delete associated personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable law.

We review reports of child safety violations as a priority. Users can report content or accounts in-app or by emailing our Child Safety point of contact. Where we find CSAE or CSAM, we will:

• Remove the content and restrict or terminate the responsible accounts
• Preserve relevant evidence as required by law
• Report confirmed CSAM to appropriate authorities and, where applicable, to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or equivalent channels in India
• Cooperate with lawful requests from law enforcement

Violations of these Child Safety Standards result in immediate account suspension or permanent ban, removal of content, and may lead to referral to law enforcement. Appeals related to non-CSAE moderation decisions may be sent to appeals@hellobuzz.in. CSAE-related removals are not eligible for reinstatement.
